Why Vedic Meditation
Most people who think meditation is not for them report that they have tried meditation but have not been able to “shut off their mind.” They experienced no peace, no sense of relief from the chatter in their head. They were left with a sense that they were doing something wrong or that this just obviously wasn’t for them. “I’m just one of those people who can’t meditate,” they may say. Vedic Meditation is a simple, unique practice that uses the way that the mind works, rather than trying to work against it.
