A: From "The Dog Whisperer." I saw the look on that woman's face [after she learned to meditate], and I said, 'I want that.'

The Dog Whisperer

The true purpose of meditation is to allow our own intelligence to be one with nature’s intelligence.

Through this simple practice of 20 minutes, twice each day, we are able easily to release stresses, find greater happiness and to contact the truth of our being, and thereby the truth of our connectedness to all things.

Anyone can learn. All can benefit.

What is Vedic Meditation?

Vedic Meditation is a practice that can be learned by anyone, even those who think they are incapable of meditating. Vedic Meditation has been taught in its purity through an unbroken, master-disciple lineage from ancient India to the present day. It is one of the oldest and most natural forms of meditation in the world. The basic technique is practiced for 15-20 minutes morning and evening while sitting comfortably in a chair with the eyes closed.

Jeff on THE DOG WHISPERER

"CUJO AND MOLLY," the Friday, October 16 episode of The Dog Whisperer,  on the National Geographic Channel, was one of the greatest testimonials to Vedic Meditation I've seen. It shows, clearly, how a person's experience of life can change dramatically, from Day One, through this simple practice of 20 minutes, twice a day, and then how that change in turn effects every other part of your life (beginning, of course, with your pet).
